While the postage for many jobs is a preprinted indicia, many jobs require meter
and live stamp application. Century Direct has a variety of postage solutions. We
have high speed postage meter systems, and machines to affix stamps. Frequently we
will piggyback meter printing or stamp affixing onto the addressing or inserting
operation - saving you time and money.
Prior to delivery to the postal service, we sort the mail into the most efficient
sequences and groupings. This is where postal presorting savings are realized.
Computer-generated postal reports, containing quantity, weight, and presort information,
are used to verify that the job is complete and then submitted to the post office for
certification. Post office receipts are routed back to you as proof of mailing.
As part of our mailing and fulfillment services, Century Direct has a large,
computer-controlled warehouse operation on the premises. At your request, items in
inventory can be pulled, packed, mailed or shipped at a moment’s notice.
